The Dana Strand Affordable Housing project was a joint venture between Abode Communities and Mercy Housing creating 176 affordable homes spanned over 8 separate lots in Wilmington, CA. The Civil scope of work covered all aspects of the project beginning in Entitlements and progressing through full Construction Documents and Construction Administration. In addition public street improvement plans were coordinated with the City for all 8 lots, coordination of the Final Map, and as-built ALTA surveys.
