This project is 320 unit apartment project in the ‘Arts District’ of Downtown Los Angeles. The project has 2 levels of subterranean parking, one level of parking above grade with some retail, a courtyard level 2 Podium and four levels of Type III wood frame construction above the podium.  The complex span over Garey Street.
