Area: 65,000 SF new building, 110,000 SF of parking

Civil engineering work included site demolition, grading, drainage, and paving design for the public plaza, onsite parking and driveways, design and certification of building pads, and design for utilities. The project included unique stormwater runoff quality management program implementation and incorporated comprehensive accessibility study and implementation. In addition, the scope included plans for widening, signing, striping and signalization of public streets,and upgrades to public infrastructure with permitting and construction administration and support.
