Provided site development engineering for the construction of a new elementary school situated on approximately 4.5 acres of undeveloped land. Project included the construction of 3 new 2-story classroom buildings, community library, multi-use building, playgrounds, green space and surface parking area. The Project included site and infrastructure design; rough and precise grading and drainage plans, including surface parking and ADA access thru site.
